Therefore, after confirming the order, the buyer needs to apply for KSO and send VO to the buyer in time, and ensure that the quantity of each specification in the VO is 10% more than the quantity of each specification in the contract, in case the quantity of VO is not enough after the production of the goods, resulting in delayed delivery goods.
